We do our best to make sure product details, specifications and prices on our website are accurate. If an error does occur, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the affected orders.
Your order is confirmed once full payment is received, or once a cash on delivery order is confirmed by our team. See payment support for the payment methods we accept, and our cancellation policy if you need to cancel.
We deliver across Dubai and the rest of the UAE. Delivery times and charges are explained on our shipping information page.
Delivery may sometimes be delayed by things outside our control, such as bad weather, public holidays or customs clearance.
Some products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Where a warranty applies, its details are shown on the product listing.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
