Can I cancel my order/service after payment?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided processing has not yet started.
How do I request a cancellation?
Please contact our support team via email or phone with your order details.
What if my order is already processed?
Once processing has begun, cancellations are not allowed.
Are all services refundable?
No, certain services/products may be non-refundable. These will be clearly mentioned before purchase.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used through UTapByeand.
What if I don’t receive my refund on time?
If you don’t see your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank/payment provider and our support team.
Is there any cancellation fee?
Cancellations made within 24 hours are free of charge. After 24 hours, a 20% restocking fee applies, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
