What is Seven Bridge Tech’s return policy?
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Which items are not eligible for return?
Items that are used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return. Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable,” and customized or specially ordered items also cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, email our support team at online@sevenbridge.ae within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Will I be charged for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by Seven Bridge Tech.
How will I know if my return has been approved?
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original method of payment.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending a defective or incorrect item.
